Delivery: The first shipment shall be completed with in 60 days and first shipment quantity to be 20-25 000 MT from receipt the relevant letter of credit by the seller from his Bank.
Inspection: the total delivered quantity shall be determined and verified by the certificate of weight issued by S. G. S. & by collective weight result of the B / L for each shipment that is no effect. The certificate of no radioactivity to be issued by SGS.
